I started my career in the taxi trade over 20 years ago at ComCab now known as city fleet as a customer service agent. I was fortunate to work both inhouse and externally at our top client locations such as JP Morgan and Citigroup canary wharf. I then moved into operations looking after all key major accounts working alongside the sales team and account managers.
With the taxi trade being in my blood I moved to Sherbet London in 2015 keen to further and expand upon my knowledge. Employed as an Operation supervisor primarily to develop their app. Keen to know all sides of the business I work closely with the Sales team taking leadership in all PR events and fittings whilst building and managing the driver service team. I pride myself highly in Customer Services and that I hope makes my team stand out higher than the rest.

When Sherbet London was born in 2013, Jacob left school and took advantage of exciting the opportunity to join the start-up media company. His drive and ambition has grown with Sherbet, seeing it develop year on year. Having played an integral role in the growth of the company, Jacob now forms an important part of the Sales team at Sherbet Media.
Jacob has always been surrounded by taxis and media. As a child, he loved wrapping miniature taxis, developing his interest and passion for the industry, strategic media and face to face sales. Today, his day to day responsibilities at Sherbet London are wide spread. His knowledge of the company and experience from day one enables him to build strong relationships with direct clients & agencies, colleagues and of course our drivers.
Sherbet is renowned for its credible, accountable, innovative taxi technology, in which Jacob has played a significant role in delivering successful campaigns for high end clients across luxury fashion brands, travel & tourism, commercial developments, finance and technology. Leah provides the business with a strong commercial leadership and has over 12 years’ experience directly within the taxi media industry. During this time, she has managed the acquisition of previous taxi advertising business Taxi Media from Clear Channel as well as overseeing the buyout of the taxi media company to VeriFone. Her responsibilities included negotiations of many of the complex trading and financial arrangements on a day to day level as well as key management decisions for the business.
